What are the main eligibility conditions relating to the works?

In order to enjoy an enoprimes premium, your works must meet the eligibility conditions set out in the regulations. The works must be carried out in existing residential buildings built in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. New constructions are not covered by this subsidy programme. As regards insulation works on the building’s envelope, please note that the insulation must be carried out using thermal insulators, excepting thin insulators.
